At Modern Gear & Machine, we specialize in producing a wide range of power transmission components, including spur gears, helical gears, worm and worm gears, splines, timing pulleys, shafts, and sprockets. We proudly support projects of all sizes—offering solutions that range from one-off prototypes to full-scale production runs. We also offer a variety of value-added services such as gear and spline cutting, OD/ID grinding and precision honing, broaching, and CMM gear inspection. Many of our customers choose to send us machined blanks for gear or spline processing, trusting us to deliver precision results every time.
